Speedo wanted an AR feature that allowed customers to try on 35 separate swimming goggles. We produced an AR effect that offers customers an easy way to visualise the goggles on their faces when shopping online, empowering them to make smarter purchasing choices. As a result, Speedo expect to see fewer returns from online sales.
Charlotte Tilbury, the beauty brand, wanted to show off their new range of products “Pillow Talk”.
The resulting AR try-on experience allowed users to try their mascara, highlighting length and volume of eyelashes. Additionally, they incorporated a range of shades of their lipstick within the experience.
To promote the release of season 2 of His Dark Materials, the BBC commissioned this portal that allowed fans to create a doorway into the alternate universe of the show, enter it and interact with it. The portal was an incredibly immersive approach to AR filters in the entertainment vertical!
For their Halloween-themed Haunted Dollhouse campaign, cosmetics brand NYX took the virtual try-on concept one step further. They created five distinct, professionally developed makeup looks that users could try on, share, and shop.
They commissioned a web-based AR (WebAR) experience, which would allow them to incorporate the AR experience within a wider campaign. The result was an experience which spanned various media — AR, video and a promotional website — resulting in a WebAR experience unlike any other seen in the entertainment vertical.
